The Lopesan Villa del Conde is situated directly on the coastline. Close to the Meloneras beach , and only a few minutes walk on the promenade away from the emblematic Maspalomas lighthouse and the natural park of the Maspalomas dunes. The hotel reproduces architectonic elements of different typical Canarian villages. The reception building is an adaptation of the neoclassical church of “Agüimes” with its parks, plazas and stately houses with their wooden hanging balconies.

There are 561 hotel rooms distributed in 521 twin rooms and 40 suites. The modern and spacious rooms within the Lopesan Villa del Conde Hotel all have bathroom with WC and separate bidet, bathtub, as well as separate shower and hairdryer. The room equipment consists of air conditioning, direct phone, safe (with extra charge), minibar, separate dressing room, writing desk, satellite TV, sitting-area and furnished balcony.

The buffet-style restaurant LA PLAZA, the restaurant (snack-café) EL PATIO, the Italian à la carte restaurant OVO and the salad-grill Bar ALPENDRE in the pool area.

Half board consists of breakfast and dinner, and both are served at the buffet restaurant. During dinner, guests can enjoy a large choice of dishes at the buffet which also includes show cooking.

A select menu of Mediterranean food with à-la-carte service is offered in the Club Restaurant Ovo. This service may not be used to have your half board dinner. The hotel also offers a mini-bar and room service.

The Villa del Conde five star hotel is host to an exclusive Thalassotherapy Centre (with extra charge) situated right above the coastline which opened in Winter 2005. Located on a surface of 1.200 square metres guests may enjoy the beneficial seawater therapies already known in ancient Greece.

The Thalassotherapy Centre at the hotel Villa del Conde offers a public area with a large seawater pool underneath a spectacular cupola. There are also steam baths with different aromas, and a traditional steam bath with Finnish sauna and ice shower to stimulate the blood circulation, as well as multi sensorial showers. It also offers a floatation pool equipped with a special sound and light system.

The relaxation and meditation area has got a solarium and two pavilions, one for seawater inhalations, and a second one with oil showers. In the areas for health and beauty treatments there are individual facilities of great luxury and exclusivity.

The most spectacular and luxurious part includes four private areas for health and beauty treatments, surrounded by water and offering beautiful sea views. This exclusive area is addressed to reduced groups, and it is equipped with massage beds, vitality pool and seaside balcony. The 18 hole Maspalomas Golf course is well known amongst golfers, and the wonderful location of the course is much appreciated. The 18 hole golf course of Salobre, built in 2000 is not far away either. There are many shopping opportunities, and a great deal of entertainment available offering a great variety of things to do as well as many sports facilities.

Costa Meloneras is a newly developed holiday destination, with attractive hotels and a beautiful promenade to the west of the Maspalomas lighthouse.
