This large 140m three bedroom penthouse is luxuriously appointed with every necessity provided. There is a large lounge/dining room which has two large sunny terraces off of it. One is equipped with lounge furniture allowing you to relax while looking over the course and the stunning surrounding scenery. The other has a dining table along with a BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances included. A large double bedroom leads off the lounge, with its ensuite bathroom. It has fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading onto the terrace. Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms each with 2 single beds. A further bathroom is upstairs along with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. Opposite the bedrooms is the added benefit of a large totally secluded roof terrace, perfect for sunbathing. The apartment has full hot/cold air conditioning. Sky satellite is provided along with a DVD and CD player.

The penthouse comes with its own parking space, and is reached via a lift which is situated near to the garages. Directly in front is the communal pool. Next to the car space is a store room where you will find a tumble dryer with pool and terrace furniture.

A truly lovely place to enjoy your golf holiday, whether for the golf enthusiast or just for someone who appreciates being away from the hustle and bustle of the coastal resorts, but within easy reach for visiting.

Alhaurin golf course, designed by Seve Ballesteros, is a tricky par 72. There is also a 9 hole par 3 course as well as a junior 18 hole par 3 course. A golf school is also on site providing the utmost in practice facilities, including a driving range, buggy hire plus putting and chipping greens. There is a clubhouse with its wonderful terraces over looking the course and the Sierra de Mijas. Reasonably priced food and drinks are available from the bar.

Other course within in easy reach are La Cala, Mijas and Lauro.
